SHIPPING POLICIES

All of our products can be shipped to the U.S., but NO military addresses. For the continental states & Hawaii & Puerto Rico we give free shipping over $75 for anything on our site and a flat $10.95 rate for Garden of Life, World Nutrition & Love Me Baby Me products if they are UNDER $75. Other items have individual prices located on their website and upon checkout. Because of high shipping costs, Alaska, will need to pay for their shipping. We will ship all our orders by  2-3 day USPS Priority Mail, except booklets are shipped first class.

 

CAN I PAY WITH A CASHIER'S CHECK OR MONEY ORDER

If you would like to order by mailing a money order or cashier's check (U.S. funds only), please mail it to the address below, made out to Winning Edge. You MUST include a valid phone number for us to be able to reach you or your order will NOT be mailed out! CALL us at the number below, to find out the total cost of your order. There are NO refunds on book downloads....just call us if you didn't get your download and we'll send it again for you. Download links are valid for 24 hours from the time of purchase. The minute you are done placing your order, you will see a link on your ONLINE receipt, right on your computer screen! Click on it and "Save" it as a file on your computer or to make it simpler, immediately click on it where it says "Open" and it will open up and you can then print it out from your computer. You will also receive the link in your confirmation email, so remember to look in your spam, trash or bulk mail folders if you don't receive the email confirmation - BEFORE you call us at 1-719-598-9761.

You should receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of placing your order. If your order is being shipped priority mail, the post office will email you a tracking number. BE WATCHING FOR THESE EMAILS IMMEDIATELY AFTER PLACING THE ORDER ONLINE!
 

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? WHEN WILL MY ITEMS ARRIVE?

Most orders ship either the same day (if you order in the am MST) or the next day Monday-Saturday AM. (We are closed on weekends for phone calls). USPS PRIORITY MAIL normally arrives in 2-3 business days.


 

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER BEFORE IT SHIPS?

Orders are processed almost immediately following the order being placed. We strive to provide the fastest turn-around time possible which is something our customers have enjoyed. Because of this, cancellations can only be accomplished IF the request is received within MINUTES of the order being placed. Once your order is received by e-mail, the order is packed and prepared for shipping almost immediately, making it almost impossible to stop
 

 

DO YOUR PRODUCTS COME WITH A MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE?

Only some of our products come with that, BECAUSE OF THE MANUFACTURER INVOLVED. BELOW IS A BREAKDOWN OF EACH MANUFACTURER'S GUARANTEE, IF ALLOWED:

1. All BABY-GO-TO-SLEEP CD's come with a 90-day money back guarantee from the manufacturer even if they've been used. But DO NOT SEND THEM BACK TO WINNING EDGE! Please call AUDIO-THERAPY INNOVATIONS for their address and instructions on what to do at: 1-719-473-0100.

2. All LOVE ME BABY ME products do NOT have a money back guarantee from the manufacturer any longer, because they have closed their business, but we still have some stock!

3. Garden of Life, Vitalzym & any other health supplements may be returned...UNOPENED ONLY!! In the event of returning an order that had free shipping, there is a mandatory deduction of the cost of OUR shipping cost in your total refund!

4. Opened World Nutrition products are NOT returnable because WORLD NUTRITION will not give us our money back...sorry.

5. All BOOKS are NOT refundable, including the Choreboards booklet & boards which are at a SELL-OUT price!

6. HONEY, I'M PREGNANT TOO! Videos and EXPECTANT HEARTS CD's are NOT refundable, because they would not be resellable once the shrink wrap is broken.

7. ALL ITEMS you have received through the mail, that ARE returnable, MUST BE in EXCELLENT, RESELLABLE CONDITION, including original packaging and paperwork, (unless otherwise stated beforehand) and we will provide a PROMPT refund for the price you paid, however, you will be charged for what we paid for the shipping cost to you.


 

WHAT IF I SIMPLY REFUSE A PACKAGE?

If you refuse a package, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus the shipping cost (if we were the ones who paid for the shipping.) IF it was a non-returnable product, you will be charged for the TOTAL FEE. To avoid any problems, please use a tracking method for a return.


 

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?

1) Contact us first by phone (1-719-598-9761) for the correct return address for that particular product and to make sure it's returnable. PLEASE DO NOT SEND THE PACKAGE BACK TO THE RETURN ADDRESS ON THE MAILING LABEL - certain items need to be returned to the manufacturer, SO CALL US FIRST!

2) To qualify for a refund, the item must be sent back in its original sellable condition including the original packaging and containers, documentation, manuals, and all accessories. We will not accept returns on items that are sent back in a condition that cannot be resold. And, for obvious reasons, we NEVER accept returns on DOWNLOADS of books once your order is approved!

3) You are responsible for all return shipping fees. Repack the item in its original packaging or new packaging, if the first is in bad shape, and send to the return address you have been given when you called us about your product. Pack the item well, insure it for the full value, and request tracking or proof of delivery - any items lost in the mail or damaged during return are your responsibility.

4) Explain the reason for the return and include your name and address, along with a phone number in case we need to contact you! IF returnable to Winning Edge, please send them to the follwing address:

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY REFUND?

Upon receipt of the returned product we will IMMEDIATELY credit your charge card (less a possible shipping cost if we paid for your shipping).


 

BROKEN ITEM?

At Winning Edge, we take pride in packaging your orders very carefully so that they come to you in gift-giving condition. Unfortunately, once the package leaves our hands, it goes through MANY different stations and every now and then things can shift, causing an unfortunate breakage. If this happens to you, please do NOT discard the damaged product(s) and keep the original box and packaging, because this is often required by USPS. Contact us immediately so we can give you further instructions, at 1-719-598-9761.

Your contact information is also used to get in touch with you should we have questions regarding your order or should we need to notify you of the status of your order. And yes, you can opt not to get newsletters from us, as described in the opt-out section below. (But we encourage you not to do that, as that is the only method we have to letting you all know when we will shut down for emergencies.) The credit card information we collect is used ONLY to bill you for products you purchase.

1. We use third-party intermediaries. When you purchase from us, your credit card information, name, and billing address is sent to your credit card company for verification and to authorize your purchase.
