CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

Orders are processed and sent to our shipping facility almost immediately following the order being placed. We strive to provide the fastest turn-around time possible which is something our customers have demanded. Because of this, cancellations can only be accomplished if the request is received within minutes of the order being placed. Once your order is received by e-mail, the order is packed and prepared for shipping almost immediately. At that point, your package(s) are either on a loading dock awaiting pickup along with many hundreds of other packages making it extremely difficult to find, or are already in transit and impossible to stop -- therefore you may NOT cancel an order without a penalty ONCE IT HAS BEEN PREPARED FOR SHIPPING...OR after a requested DOWNLOAD OF A BOOK has been sent to you. WHAT IF I SIMPLY REFUSE A PACKAGE?

If you REFUSE a package, you will still be charged a 20% restocking fee PLUS the postage to send it to you AND the postage charged to us for UPS to send it back to us!! OR if it was a NON-returnable product, you will be charged the total fee PLUS both shipping fees, to and back! We have no way of tracking the return of your product, so if your product does not make it safely back to us, we will be unable to issue your refund. HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?

1) Contact us first by phone (719-598-9761) for the correct return address for that particular product and to make sure it's returnable. Please DO NOT simply send the package back to the address on the mailing label — certain items need to be returned to the manufacturer.

2) To qualify for a refund, the item must be sent back in its original sellable condition including the original packaging and containers, documentation, manuals, and all accessories. We will not accept returns on items that are sent back in a condition that cannot be resold. And, for obvious reasons, we never accept returns on book downloads once we've sent the material to you.

3) You are responsible for all return shipping fees. Repack the item in its original packaging or new packaging, if the first is in bad shape, and send to the return address you have been given when you called us about your product. Pack the item well, insure it for the full value, and request tracking or proof of delivery — any items lost in the mail or damaged during return are your responsibility.

4) Explain the reason for the return and include your name and address, along with a phone number in case we need to contact you!
